How, exactly, you might ask, does a massage therapist play a role in downsizing? As anyone who has been through the process can tell you, it’s a very physically and emotionally-draining experience. Massage is known for its stress-reducing abilities, so getting a massage before, during or after the process may help to keep your head in the game and stress at bay.
