Phil Dyck, Counselor
Family is important. Often, one family member can make a decision that can have a ripple effect on other family members. At times like this, it is important that every family member has a voice and be heard in the decision. It may be necessary to bring in a third party, a neutral third party who can see all the different standpoints. Philip Dyck was born overseas to missionary parents and has lived in a number of different cultures. This unique perspective has helped him see life from a variety of different viewpoints. He is able to use this skill to help his clients think differently about the situations they face in their lives. Phil has worked with families as a teacher for over 30 years and then in counseling for the past 17 years and these experiences also give him a good overview of the family dynamic. Finally, his mediation training can be an invaluable tool in bringing about a resolution that all the family members can feel good about.
